Our Commitment to Copyright

FlixFox respects the intellectual property rights of others and follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws. We will remove infringing material in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act if properly notified that content infringes a copyright. Copyright Policy This describes the process copyright owners must follow to report copyright infringement and the process to have such material removed.

1. How to File a Copyright Infringement Notice

Reporting Copyright Infringement Notifications of claimed infringement can be reported by email or mail. Is an authorized agent of a copyright owner and believe any material available on FlixFox App which infringes upon the copyright work of your client or if you believe that any material on FlixFox App has been used in a manner that constitutes an infringement of copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

The written or electronic signature of the authorized officer of the owner of the copyright interest.

A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

Where you believe that the FlixFox App is or has been used to make material infringing activity available, please provide us with the following information: a) identification and the location of the allegedly infringing material within the FlixFox App (for instance, the URL or a detailed description).

How to Get It Your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.

An assertion that you have a good-faith belief that the material in dispute is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. How to File a Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you have the right to file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.

A summary of the material that the complaining party claims is infringing and where it is located prior to its removal.

A signed statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, phone number and email address.

A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification, or an agent of such person.

We may send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party. If we do not receive notice of a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may replace the removed material.

3. Policy on Repeat Infringers and False Claims

Repeat Infringers: FlixFox reserves the right to close the user accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

Misrepresentations: You should know that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subjected to liability.

4. How to Contact Us

All infringement notices and counter-notifications should be sent to us via our in-app service center to prevent them from getting lost in translation.
